Hearing Procedures

Incident Report Validity

Administrative Disciplinary Action
The President, Chief Academic Officer, Dean of Students, 负责规划和行政的高级副总裁, or an assigned representative thereof, 是否有权力及“全权裁量权”代表学院立即作出纪律处分或行政处分. In some cases, 在有机会举行听证会之前，可能需要采取迅速而果断的行动, 如学生继续在校对学院社区成员的健康或财产构成直接威胁, or to the orderly functioning of the College.

Discipline Penalties
以下是行政处罚的一般历史:
CATEGORY A*
- Reprimand/Disciplinary Warning: 继续或重复被禁止的行为的书面通知, within a specified period of time, 会有更严重的纪律处分吗. 纪律警告，如果给予，延续到毕业.
- Conduct/Disciplinary Probation允许学生以见习身份留在学院的行为. During the period of probation, 如果学生被发现进一步违反了学院的规定, the student may be subject to suspension, separation or expulsion from the College.

CATEGORY B* 附加或代替A类所列处罚, the following penalties may be employed:

- Revocation of Privilege: 失去住在大学宿舍的特权, using College dining facilities, and/or having an automobile on campus. Loss of general status or recognition.
- Special sanction appropriate to the violation (i.e. require course, counseling, service project, etc.)
CATEGORY C*
